Request for Information (RFI) - Yoshida Tactical CHVP Inline Encryptor

The United States Air Force Life Cycle Management Center is seeking information on next-generation, quantum-resilient, miniaturized cryptographic solutions for tactical edge operations. The solution must be NSA-certified, comply with Commercial National Security Algorithm Suite 2.0, and support modern tactical data throughput. The device must be highly optimized for Size, Weight, Power, and Cost, and require no manual key fill. Key requirements include: • Quantum resilience and certification as a Cryptographic High-Value Product (CHVP) • Automated key management and secure group keying • Support for drop-in IP encryption and ruggedization • Minimal training requirements and plug-and-play functionality • Secure upgradable software, firmware, and algorithms Interested businesses are invited to respond with a white paper addressing these requirements and their capabilities and experience.
