Trash, Debris, and Metal Removal

The United States Government Publishing Office (GPO) requires on-call and scheduled removal of non-hazardous debris, recyclable scrap metal, and paper dust. The contractor will provide two 40-yard roll-off dumpsters and one 30-yard recyclable metal roll-off dumpster. The contract will be for a base year with four option years. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, transportation, permits, and disposal services necessary for the removal, transportation, recycling, and disposal of debris and metal. • The contractor must exchange the trash compactor every Tuesday and Friday. • The contractor must provide weekly tonnage reports. • The contractor must comply with all OSHA, EPA, DOT, Federal, and District of Columbia regulations. • The contractor must ensure all required licenses and permits remain current. • The contractor must secure loads during transport and clean up any debris resulting from pickup activities.
