Holiday Express Program Manager

The City of Raleigh is seeking a qualified firm to provide a Program Manager for the Holiday Express event at Pullen Park. The manager will lead planning, vendor coordination, ticketing, on‑site execution, and post‑event analysis across the 2026 holiday season. The effort includes virtual and on‑site support, stakeholder meetings, and ongoing communication with the City’s event manager. Proposers must submit a full RFP package (hard copies, electronic PDF, and signed originals) by September 11, 2026. Evaluation will be based on experience, vendor engagement, quality of past work, understanding of the scope, and cost. The contract term will cover planning (summer/fall 2026), execution (fall/winter 2026), and post‑event activities (winter 2026). • Provide event‑planning guidance, stakeholder and vendor lists, and meeting schedules. • Consult on ticketing strategy and support ticket‑sale day virtually. • Offer guest‑service support, operational recommendations, and layout design. • Deliver up to 4 days of on‑site support during set‑up and the event. • Conduct post‑event survey development, vendor feedback, ticketing data analysis, and final budget review. • Maintain virtual check‑ins (2–3 times per week) and 24‑hour on‑call support for urgent issues.
