The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to provide full‑time sustainment support for the cutter USCGC STORIS (FY27‑31). The effort includes supplying 10 certified mariners (master, chief mate, engineers, deck crew, etc.) with STCW qualifications, 24/7 technical support for critical ship systems (medium‑voltage switchgear, propulsion, dynamic positioning, integrated bridge, etc.), on‑site engineering, maintenance, damage‑control drills, and program management. Work will be performed aboard the cutter and at shore locations in Seattle, WA; Alameda, CA; and Baltimore, MD, with required travel and monthly reporting. The contract is a one‑year base period with four one‑year options, totaling up to five years of service. Security clearances (Secret) and compliance with numerous maritime regulations (MARPOL, SOLAS, ISM, etc.) are mandatory. The contractor must also maintain a trouble‑log, provide quarterly status reports, and attend a post‑award conference.
