Roll Out Carts

The City of Edmond Public Works Authority is seeking bids for Roll Out Carts for the Solid Waste Department. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew annually for four years. The successful bidder will be required to provide new and unused roll out carts that meet the specifications outlined in the bid document. The bidder must have a minimum of five years experience in producing roll out carts for the American refuse industry. The bid must include complete warranty and product support information, as well as pricing for various sizes and models of roll out carts. • The Authority uses approximately 38,000 roll out carts per year, with a nominal 96-gallon capacity. • The roll out carts must be compatible with the Authority's collection equipment, including Peterbilit Chassis with LaBrie automated side loader collection trucks. • The successful bidder will be required to provide a 100% unconditional warranty for ten years. • The bidder must submit a copy of their quality inspection and quality control policy and procedure, as well as a complete description of their facilities and manufacturing equipment. • The bidder must also submit a letter from the resin manufacturer certifying the actual source of the resin and the bidder/manufacturer's assured capability to obtain sufficient resin to complete the contract.
