The State of North Dakota’s Information Technology Department is seeking a vendor to provide MuleSoft Enterprise licenses and related professional‑service implementation, upgrade, and support. The work includes licensing for a hybrid on‑premises/SaaS environment, migration from the existing Community Edition, API management for up to 100 services, training via Microsoft Teams, and ongoing governance and security compliance (FedRAMP/TX‑RAMP). The contract will run three years with possible extensions and renewals, and the vendor must meet extensive data‑security, insurance, and reporting requirements. • Provide production and non‑production MuleSoft Anypoint Platform licenses (hybrid deployment). • Upgrade existing MuleSoft Community Edition to MuleSoft Enterprise and deliver base implementation, API management, and operational practices. • Supply training, documentation, and ongoing support while complying with FedRAMP‑authorized SaaS components and State security standards.
