Utility Locating Services

The University of New Mexico is seeking a qualified, licensed Utility Locating Contractor/Consultant to locate, mark, and document underground utilities across its campuses. The contractor must maintain a New Mexico office, comply with state excavation laws, provide all labor, equipment, and materials, and assume full liability for accuracy. Submissions must include detailed methodology, equipment lists, references, personnel qualifications, and a cost proposal using all‑inclusive labor rates.
