Light Pole Banners

The City of Northglenn is seeking a vendor to produce, supply hardware for, and install 100 double‑sided decorative banners on its street‑light poles. The city will provide the artwork; the contractor must use weather‑resistant materials, provide reinforced hems, wind‑ventilation features, and a non‑destructive mounting system (banding) for round steel single‑arm poles. Installation must comply with Xcel Energy pole‑attachment rules, include right‑of‑way permits, and meet specific dimensional and clearance requirements. The scope includes production cost per banner, hardware cost per pole, installation labor, a production timeline, warranty, and a line‑item for future banner change‑out.
