Concessions

Rochester Community and Technical College is seeking proposals for concessions services to provide students, employees, and visitors with wholesome food and refreshments at moderate prices. The selected vendor will be responsible for operating concessions food services at the Rochester Regional Sports Center, Rochester Regional Stadium, and Rochester Regional Stadium Bubble. The contract term is expected to be 36 months, with the option to extend up to two additional years. The evaluation factors for this RFP include qualifications, proposed operating plan, cost/value, completeness, and proposed commissions. • The RFP includes a list of required questions and attachments, including a sample P/T contract, expense reimbursement, pricing list concessions, and vendor requirements. • The proposal should include a detailed description of the company's procedure for protecting cardholder data, qualifications, and experience in operating manual food services. • The proposal should also include a proposed plan for staffing, customer service training, equipment maintenance, and systems used to produce and deliver meals. • The vendor will be expected to provide a complete balance sheet and income statement for the company's last fiscal year of operation, as well as commission, discounts, and capital outlay. • Menu pricing stated in the proposal shall be in effect for at least the first year of the contract.
