Thermal Transfer Print

The State of Arkansas is seeking a contractor to provide thermal transfer printing equipment and services for motor vehicle registration and decals. The contractor will be responsible for providing all software, hardware, and peripheral components required for the thermal transfer printing system, as well as integration, interfacing, and networking software. The contractor will also provide thermal transfer printing system supplies, inventory management, and maintenance and support services. The contract will be for a period of three years, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year terms. • The contractor must have a minimum of five years of experience providing thermal transfer printing systems and services. • The contractor must have successfully provided services to at least three government entities of similar size and scope in the United States. • The contractor must provide a thermal transfer printing software solution that will interface with the current DFA Motor Vehicle Registration System. • The contractor must provide a batch printing system that meets the requirements outlined in the solicitation. • The contractor must provide registration forms and authentication stickers that meet the requirements outlined in the solicitation.
