The Department of Veterans Affairs Western States Network Consortium (WSNC) is issuing an indefinite‑quantity, firm‑fixed‑price RFQ for medical‑coding reference books and related software tools to be delivered to VA facilities across the western United States and Pacific territories. The contract will run for five years (Oct 2026 – Oct 2031) with a total ceiling of $1.5 M and individual task‑order caps of $100 k. Eligible vendors must be qualified small businesses (WOSB, EDWOSB, HUBZone, or SDVOSB) and be able to supply the specified titles, replace defective items at no cost, and meet delivery timelines (generally within two weeks). • Supplies: 15 specific medical‑coding books/software (CPT, ICD‑10‑CM, ICD‑10‑PCS, HCPCS, etc.) with annual estimated quantities ranging from 2 to 455 copies. • Delivery: FOB Destination to any VA facility in the WSNC (states include WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, UT, CO, NV, AZ, CA, TX, NM, etc.). • Financials: $1.5 M contract ceiling, $50 k minimum guaranteed, $100 k per task order, net‑30 EFT payment. • Set‑aside: Women‑Owned, Economically‑Disadvantaged Women‑Owned, HUBZone, Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned small businesses only. • Submission: Quotes due 11 Nov 2026, questions due 22 Oct 2026; quotes submitted via email to the POC.
