Law Enforcement Uniforms

Delaware’s Office of Management and Budget – Government Support Services is soliciting proposals to supply, tailor, and deliver law‑enforcement uniforms for multiple state agencies, including the Delaware State Police, Capital Police, DNREC, Courts, Fire Marshall, and the University of Delaware. Vendors must provide a full range of garments (patrol shirts, pants, jackets, hats, blouses, etc.) that meet detailed fabric, construction, and labeling specifications, and must also offer alteration services. The contract is an IDIQ with an initial term ending May 31 2027 and optional one‑year renewals.
