The United States Air Force is seeking to purchase two brand-name AERCO Benchmark BMK 2000 boilers for the 2d Civil Engineering Squadron (2 CES) located at Barksdale AFB, LA. The acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The contract award will be based on price/technical to determine best value. The offeror must provide detailed information on the product(s) being offered, including product/model number(s), comprehensive product description(s), and any other relevant details necessary for technical evaluator(s) to fully understand what is being quoted. Key considerations include the ability to furnish the items requested in the CLINS outlined as well as any attachments associated with this solicitation. • The offeror must submit a single, comprehensive quote that encompasses their best offer and fully meets the required specifications. • The offeror must provide a statement specifying agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation and any solicitation amendments. • The offeror must submit quotes in electronic format to the listed POC by the due date and time specified in this solicitation. • The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of quotes.
