Legal Access Services for Reunified Families Program (LASRF)

The U.S. Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) is seeking information to identify commercial capabilities that may support a future acquisition for Legal Services, referred to as the Legal Access Services for Reunified Families (LASRF) Program. The LASRF Program is divided into two components: federalized services and individualized services. The Contractor will provide individualized services, including legal advice and document preparation, to Class Members and Qualifying Additional Family Members. The Contractor must also provide pro bono mentorship and accept case referrals from third parties. The services may be provided in person or via remote technology. Some key points about this opportunity include: • The Contractor must provide services from one or more regional offices, which will be determined by the Government in consultation with the Contractor. • The Contractor must arrange suitable space to provide services at each designated regional office location. • The Contractor must provide services via remote technology to Program Participants who prefer remote services or are unable to receive in-person services. • The Contractor must provide pro bono mentorship to pro bono legal representatives who agree to provide free representation to Class Members. • The Contractor must submit a Program Operation Plan (POP) for the COR's approval within 10 business days from the start of the task order.
