The Washington State Housing Finance Commission is seeking proposals from interested and qualified Executive Search Firms to assist the Commission in a search for a Senior Controller. The selected Executive Search Firm will assist the search committee of the Commission in attracting, evaluating, interviewing, and retaining a Senior Controller. The scope of work includes soliciting input from the search committee, developing a recruitment strategy, sourcing job candidates, assessing the qualifications of interested candidates, and identifying candidates to be considered and possibly interviewed by the search committee. • The Executive Search Firm will work with the search committee to gain an understanding of its aspirations for the Senior Controller position. • The firm will develop a complete, accurate, and enticing recruitment announcement. • The firm will source job candidates through a number of different channels, including advertising in nationally recognized publications and proactively reaching out to candidates of color. • The firm will assess the qualifications of interested candidates against those required in the Job Description. • The firm will recommend and schedule candidate interviews. The Commission has budgeted an amount not to exceed $50,000, plus expenses, for this recruitment. Proposals should include a breakdown of estimated costs and services provided.
