The Town of Winchendon is seeking qualified contractors to execute the Memorial Elementary School Building Updates under the Massachusetts Accelerated Repair Program (ARP). This $9 M project involves extensive renovation of the school building, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and interior finishes, with added waterproofing/dampproofing/caulking scope. Only DCAMM‑certified general contractors (and sub‑trade bidders) are eligible, and bids must be submitted sealed by the specified deadlines.
