CCPS RFP # 26-01: STOP LOSS - Medical and Prescription

The Cecil County Public Schools (CCPS) is seeking proposals for Medical/Rx Stop Loss coverage to be effective September 1, 2025. The contract is for an Individual Stop Loss contract from an “A” rated or higher Stop Loss insurance carrier. CCPS is a leading Maryland K-12 school system with approximately 2,400 employees. The proposal should conform to the conditions set forth in the RFP. • The deadline for receiving proposals is Wednesday, July 23, 2025, 4:00 PM (ET), local time. • All questions must be received in writing electronically by Wednesday, July 16, 2025. • The contract is for Medical/Rx Stop Loss coverage. • The proposal should be submitted to Gina Wheeler at Willis Towers Watson.
