The U.S. Army Garrison at Fort Drum seeks multiple vendors to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for furniture‑moving services. The contractor will move, install, assemble, and disassemble a wide variety of office and household items across Fort Drum and within a 100‑mile radius, providing all labor, equipment, transportation, and safety measures. The BPA is firm‑fixed‑price, may last up to five years (60 months), and each individual call will not exceed $350,000, with an estimated total value of $450,000. The government will evaluate proposals annually based on price, socio‑economic status, past performance, and technical capability.
• Scope includes moving desks, tables, chairs, wall lockers, electronic equipment, beds, dressers, wall hangings, etc.
• Contractor must meet security (AT Level I) and background‑check requirements, submit safety and quality plans, and adhere to strict incident‑reporting timelines.
