All design documents are marked “Issued to Bid” and reference a full suite of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire‑alarm drawings.

• New 22 ft × 24 ft pool with depth 3 ft 8 in to 5 ft 0 in, reinforced concrete structure, non‑slip finish, and full filtration, heating, and lighting systems (PENTAIR equipment).
• Associated civil works: excavation, back‑fill, slab‑on‑grade, storm‑drain connections, chain‑link fencing, ADA‑compliant lift and ramp, and comprehensive safety signage.
• Mechanical & electrical installations include two sand filters, a 5‑HP pump, a 400 k Btu gas heater, de‑humidification units, dedicated power panels, and addressable fire‑alarm devices.
• Structural requirements cover footings, reinforced concrete slabs, CMU walls, steel lintels, and required bonding of all metal components to an equipotential grid per NEC‑680.
