USPS IDIQ AE Services Virginia

The United States Postal Service is soliciting proposals for an IDIQ AE Services contract in the state of Virginia. The contract will be awarded based on best value, with technical evaluation factors being more important than price. The successful offeror will be responsible for providing architectural and engineering services, including coordination of all work in a manner that will not interfere with operations.
