The Salt River Pima‑Maricopa Indian Community is seeking a contractor to supply, transport, set up, operate, and tear down a suite of amusement rides, optional games, and food‑concession equipment for its annual New Year’s Eve celebration. The contractor must provide all necessary staff, generators, electricians, and an on‑site supervisor, and will retain all revenue from games and concessions. The contract is a four‑year agreement covering the 2026‑2029 events, with set‑up beginning as early as December 27 of each year and teardown completed by January 3.
