Zoho One CRM Development and Optimization Services

The University of Wisconsin System Office of Business & Entrepreneurship is seeking a qualified partner to develop, optimize, and support its Zoho One CRM environment for approximately 100 users across multiple business units. The effort includes business‑process analysis, technical implementation, integration, documentation, and ongoing support, with a strong emphasis on using native Zoho functionality and transferring all deliverables to the university. The contract is a one‑year firm‑price agreement with the option to renew up to four additional one‑year terms, and the total budget ceiling is roughly $250,000. • Deliver a comprehensive analysis of current CRM processes and propose optimization strategies. • Configure, customize, and integrate Zoho One applications (CRM, Campaigns, Analytics, Flow, Desk, Sign, etc.) using Deluge and JavaScript, prioritizing native features. • Provide full documentation, knowledge transfer, and ensure all deliverables are fully transferable to the university. • Offer ongoing support, monitoring, and optional service extensions for UW‑System campuses, state agencies, and municipalities. • Must be a U.S.–based vendor (or work through a U.S. partner) and accept the standard DOA‑3054 terms without modification.
