Inspection, Repairs & Certification of Communication Towers

The West Virginia Department of Homeland Security – Division of Administrative Services is seeking a vendor to provide inspection, repair, and certification services for communication towers and accessories for the Statewide Interoperable Radio System (SIRN) sites. The vendor must have at least 10 years of experience in tower erection, inspection, installation, and repairs, and must ensure that all work meets industry standards. The contract will be for a base period of one year with four one-year renewal options. • The vendor must provide all necessary equipment and personnel to perform the work. • The vendor must comply with all federal, state, county, and city code requirements. • The vendor must provide a written report describing the nature of the work performed after each site visit. • The vendor must maintain a continuous 24/7/365 emergency telephone service. • The vendor must respond to routine calls within two hours of notification and emergency requests within 30 minutes.
