Continuity of Operations Plan AFN TV Infrastructure

The Defense Media Activity (DMA) is seeking information from industry to assist with the development and planning of a potential new requirement for a Continuity of Operations Infrastructure to support the American Forces Network (AFN) television broadcast mission. The system will provide Continuity of Operations/Disaster Recovery for the AFN-BC mission and will be dormant until initiated. The system will have a minimum operational runtime of 10 hours a month for training and exercise, to possibly 24/7 in a full contingency situation. The system will require a high level of cybersecurity compliance, including implementation of NIST 800-171 rev 2 for CMMC compliance and NIST 800-53.
