Balloon Decorations

The Southeast Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) seeks a vendor to provide balloon decoration services for special events held at its stations and other locations over a one‑year period. The work is event‑by‑event, with invoicing after each event, and SEPTA does not commit to any minimum volume of work.
