For this funding action, the agency will purchase

The Environmental Protection Agency, Great Lakes National Program Office, intends to award a sole source purchase order to PP Systems, Inc. for the purchase of a fluoroprobe. The fluoroprobe will be used onboard the research vessel Lake Guardian to measure phytoplankton community in the Great Lakes. • The fluoroprobe must measure at a set of wavelengths needed for sampling phytoplankton community in the Great Lakes. • PP Systems, Inc. is the only commercial manufacturer/supplier that sells a fluoroprobe instrument that meets the required specifications. • Interested parties that believe they can meet the requirement must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement by July 28, 2026.
