The 2025 Multifamily Finance Super NOFA - Los Angeles Disaster provides funding for Los Angeles disaster-impacted areas from wildfires occurring in January 2025. The funding is approximately $101 million and may be augmented based on availability of funds. The programs providing funding include the Multifamily Housing Program, Supportive Housing Multifamily Housing Program, Transit-Oriented Development Program, Infrastructure Grant Program of 2019, and Veterans Housing and Homelessness Prevention program. Eligible applicants include businesses, non-profits, public agencies, and tribal governments. Projects must be located in Los Angeles County. • The Multifamily Housing Program provides loans for new construction, rehabilitation, and conversion of permanent and transitional rental housing for lower-income households. • The Supportive Housing Multifamily Housing Program provides loans for new construction, rehabilitation, and conversion of permanent affordable rental housing with supportive housing units. • The Transit-Oriented Development Program provides loans for new construction, rehabilitation, and conversion of permanent affordable rental housing near transit. • The Infrastructure Grant Program of 2019 provides grant assistance for infrastructure improvements necessary for specific residential or mixed-use infill development projects. • The Veterans Housing and Homelessness Prevention program provides loans for acquisition, construction, rehabilitation, and preservation of affordable multifamily housing for veterans and their families.
