School District Materials, Supplies, Equipment and/or Services

The Grand Prairie Independent School District (GPISD) is seeking vendors to provide materials, supplies, equipment, and/or services. This is a qualifying bid only, and there are no specific or particular jobs required. The district will use a final overall scoring system to evaluate bids based on competitive pricing, best value price and cost evaluation, reputation of the vendor, quality of goods or services, extent to which goods or services meet district's needs, vendor's past relationship with the district, impact on the ability of the district to comply with laws and rules relating to historically underutilized businesses, and total long-term cost to the district to acquire the vendor's goods or services. • The contract will be a multi-award/multi-year contract, and GPISD will award this contract to more than one responder upon successful completion of the scoring criteria. • Vendors must comply with all applicable existing laws or executive orders to ensure equal employment opportunities. • Minority-owned or HUB companies are encouraged to compete in providing goods and services to the district. • The district reserves the right to waive any or all bid irregularities, formalities, or other technicalities, and to accept or reject any bid in its entirety or in part.
