Technology Equipment, Materials, Supplies and/or Services

The Grand Prairie Independent School District (GPISD) is seeking vendors to provide technology equipment, materials, supplies, and/or services. The district is looking for qualified vendors to be placed on their approved vendor list, which is approved by their Board. The submission deadline for this RFP has been removed, and it is open for submission indefinitely at the discretion of the district. The district will use a final overall scoring system to evaluate bids, considering factors such as competitive pricing, best value price, and cost evaluation. • The RFP is a qualifying bid only, and there are no specific or particular jobs that are required. • Vendors must comply with all applicable existing laws or executive orders to ensure equal employment opportunities. • The district reserves the right to waive any or all bid irregularities, formalities, or other technicalities. • The district will award this contract to more than one responder upon successful completion of the scoring criteria. • Contracts for purchase will be put into effect by means of a purchase order(s) executed by the Purchasing Department. • The district has the right to terminate the contract with a vendor prior to the original expiration term if vendor performance becomes an issue.
