School District Materials, Supplies, Equipment and/or Services

The Grand Prairie Independent School District (GPISD) is seeking vendors to provide materials, supplies, equipment, and/or services. This is a qualifying bid, and there are no specific jobs required. The district will use a scoring system to evaluate bids based on factors such as competitive pricing, reputation of the vendor, quality of goods or services, and extent to which the goods or services meet the district's needs. The contract will be a multi-award, multi-year contract, and GPISD will award the contract to more than one responder upon successful completion of the scoring criteria. • The contract will be put into effect by means of a purchase order executed by the Purchasing Department. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and executive orders to ensure equal employment opportunities. • The vendor must provide a current certificate of insurance before a purchase order will be issued if required. • The district reserves the right to waive any or all bid irregularities, formalities, or other technicalities.
