BELLEVIEW PARK ENHANCEMENTS

The City of Englewood is seeking a qualified contractor to deliver a comprehensive renovation of Belleview Park. The scope includes demolition of existing structures, extensive earthwork, site grading, new pavement, concrete curbs, ADA‑compliant pathways, rain‑garden and bioretention installations, landscaping, irrigation upgrades, construction of new buildings (main building, barn, shade structures), full electrical and mechanical systems, storm‑water and sanitary sewer upgrades, EV‑charging stations, and associated site furnishings such as benches, bike racks, trash receptacles, and signage. The contractor must supply all labor, materials, equipment, traffic control, and permits, and submit a detailed proposal by the November 17, 2026 deadline. • Demolition of existing park structures, parking lot asphalt, and related hardscape. • Earthwork, grading, fill, and compaction for new site formation. • Installation of new asphalt, concrete curbs, ADA pathways, and rain‑garden retaining walls. • Landscaping: trees, shrubs, perennials, mulch, boulders, and irrigation system renovation. • Construction of main building, barn, and attached shade structures with full MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing). • Electrical upgrades including utility service reconfiguration, lighting, IT infrastructure, security access, and EV‑charging stations. • Storm‑water, water, and sanitary sewer infrastructure improvements. • Site furnishings: benches, bike racks, trash receptacles, picnic tables, security fencing, gates, and signage. • All required permits, construction use tax, and compliance with city specifications.
