Countywide Window Cleaning Services for Various Pierce County Facilities

Pierce County is seeking qualified contractors to provide on-call window cleaning services for various county facilities. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. The contractor will be responsible for providing exterior, interior, and/or exterior and interior window cleaning services, as well as ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with recognized sound safety standards. The county expects the contractor to employ the latest technologies and work methods to meet service quality standards while maintaining or reducing costs. Some key aspects of the job include: • Providing window cleaning services for all exterior and/or interior windows, regardless of height, location, or obstacles • Ensuring that all windows are cleaned and free of any dirt, streaks, water spots, and chemical residue • Removing all dirt, insects, debris, and other foreign materials from frames and windowsills • Protecting all interior and exterior building surfaces and surrounding landscape • Keeping the work site clean and free from rubbish and debris • Complying with all federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations, including OSHA safety regulations
