RFP Mike Ilitch School of Business Shuttle Service - 2026

The University is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a dedicated shuttle‑bus service for the Mike Ilitch School of Business. The contractor must operate a three‑stop route between the business school, the College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences, and a campus parking structure, delivering service Monday‑Thursday, 8 a.m.‑9 p.m., with a maximum 15‑minute headway. The scope includes provision of appropriate vehicles (including at least one ADA‑accessible bus), qualified drivers, GPS tracking, uniform branding, 24‑hour emergency contact, and weekly ridership reporting.
