DBA Armed Security Services

The State of Arkansas is seeking bids for armed security services for the former Army-Navy hospital property in Hot Springs. The selected contractor will provide certified and trained armed guards to secure the premises. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. The contractor must meet certain qualifications, including being licensed by the State of Arkansas's Board of Private Investigators and Security Agencies, and having at least five years of experience in delivering armed security personnel. * The contractor will be responsible for providing guards who meet specific qualifications, including being a citizen of the United States, possessing a photo identification card issued by the Arkansas State Police, and having a valid Arkansas state-issued driver's license. * The contractor will be required to provide a supervisor who will oversee the guards and ensure that all reports are completed and submitted to the Department. * The contractor will be responsible for collecting all materials provided by the Agency from guards who leave their positions and returning these items to the Agency's security team. * The contractor will be required to establish and maintain clear channels of communication with the Agency.
