Blue Springs Winwater and Flex Development

EPIC Concrete Construction, Inc. is seeking subcontractor bids for two new commercial buildings in Blue Springs, MO – a two‑story office/warehouse (≈20,400 SF) and a single‑story flex space (≈19,000 SF). The scope covers virtually all building trades, from structural steel to interior finishes, as well as site civil work. The contractor will be responsible for delivering lump‑sum pricing per building, with alternates listed separately, and must coordinate with sole‑sourced vendors for PEMB shells and security systems. • Structural & miscellaneous steel, framing, and concrete (self‑performed) • Interior finishes: drywall, ceilings, flooring, paint, stone veneer, CMU enclosure, doors & hardware, storefront glazing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire sprinkler (design‑build) • Site work: asphalt paving, striping, fencing, landscaping, site lighting • Exclusions: concrete, earthwork, site utilities, PEMB packages, security systems (sole‑sourced)
