RFI-Sudan-Iran Divestment and Engagement

The Maryland State Retirement Agency is seeking a firm to provide Iran/Sudan divestment and engagement services. The selected firm will be required to provide high-quality company-specific research, identify companies that meet the criteria for divestment, and engage with companies that are doing business in Iran or Sudan. The firm will also be required to provide detailed reports and analysis to the Agency. The contract will have a fixed pricing schedule for a 5-year period with options for additional renewal terms of up to four years. • The Agency is looking for a firm with experience in providing divestment services to public pension funds or endowments. • The firm must be able to provide research and analysis on companies doing business in Iran or Sudan. • The firm must be able to engage with companies that are identified as doing business in Iran or Sudan. • The firm must be able to provide detailed reports and analysis to the Agency. • The contract will have a fixed pricing schedule for a 5-year period with options for additional renewal terms of up to four years.
