Description
Navajo Technical University is seeking a qualified contractor to rehabilitate and repave approximately 183,000 square feet of campus parking lots and the central circular roadway. The work includes demolition of existing pavement, a 4‑inch full‑depth reclamation (FDR) of base material, grading and drainage corrections, installation of new asphalt to NMDOT specifications, and final striping and ADA‑compliant parking improvements. The contractor must hold a New Mexico license, possess at least five years of pavement‑rehabilitation experience with proven FDR capability, and provide three comparable project references. All proposals are due by 20 Nov 2026.
