Rackham Slate Implementation Partner RFP

The University of Michigan Rackham Graduate School is seeking a qualified partner to implement Technolutions’ Slate platform as a centralized graduate admissions system. The vendor must provide end‑to‑end implementation services, integration with existing enterprise systems (PeopleSoft/Oracle SIS, Nelnet, Perceptive Content, etc.), change‑management support, training, and post‑implementation support for a one‑year contract that may be extended. The effort includes phased program adoption, data migration, AI/automation considerations, and compliance with extensive sustainability, cybersecurity, and accessibility requirements. • Implement Slate for graduate admissions, supporting online applications, fee processing, routing, review, and decision workflows. • Build and modify integrations with the University’s SIS, payment processor, document management, and other legacy systems. • Deliver change‑management, training, documentation, and ongoing support for a phased rollout across multiple graduate programs. • Meet stringent University sustainability, data‑security, and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards, and provide required certifications and disclosures.
