Records Management and Jail Management System - Journey Partner

The Guilford County Purchasing Department seeks a qualified consulting firm to act as the “Journey Partner” for the selection, procurement, and implementation of a modern, cloud‑based Records Management System (RMS) and Jail Management System (JMS). The partner will develop the RFP, evaluate vendor proposals, oversee implementation, manage risks, and ensure post‑implementation stabilization and benefits realization.
