The University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) is seeking a qualified vendor to design, develop, deliver, and maintain AI‑enabled learning content and related services for workforce‑aligned, short‑form, non‑credit programs and, optionally, credit‑bearing curricula. The contract will be an IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity) with a three‑year base term (plus two optional one‑year renewals) and a maximum aggregate value of $1 million. Work will be performed remotely, with the vendor responsible for end‑to‑end project management, instructional design, AI integration, LMS (D2L Brightspace) integration via LTI, analytics, accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA), and ongoing support/maintenance. Typical task orders are expected to be about $100 k and to span roughly three months for program development, followed by a 12‑month recurring services period.
