Port of Skagway - Freight Waterfront Lease

The Municipality of Skagway is soliciting proposals to lease approximately 3.73 acres of waterfront property (Lot 6F, 280 Terminal Way) for an intermodal freight facility that supports barge, truck, and rail operations linking Washington State, Skagway, and the Yukon. The lease may run up to 35 years, with rent based on a market appraisal (minimum 6 % of appraised value) and periodic 5‑year rent adjustments. Proposers must submit an operational plan, financial qualifications, environmental and security plans, and agree to assume all environmental liabilities and tariff obligations.
