UW Medicine is seeking a strategic partner to expand its health‑system‑owned specialty pharmacy program with a primary focus on improving payer (commercial, government, PBM) access and market presence. The work includes a current‑state assessment, development of a strategic payer‑access plan, support for payer‑contract negotiations, implementation assistance, performance‑management reporting, and supplemental services such as limited‑distribution‑drug strategy, manufacturer relationship planning, 340B optimization, and sustainability compliance. The contract is a fixed‑price, three‑year term beginning March 2027, with optional extensions up to a total of nine years. Proposals must be submitted by 2 PM PT on 30 Oct 2026 and will be evaluated on technical approach, sustainability, team qualifications, fees, experience, and references.
