MetroPlusHealth (a subsidiary of NYC Health + Hospitals) seeks a qualified consulting firm to serve as a strategic advisor for its pharmacy benefit and medical‑benefit drug programs. The vendor will provide market benchmarking, financial trend analysis, performance auditing, specialty‑pharmacy and provider‑administered drug management, and regulatory support across a three‑year contract (with up to two one‑year extensions). The work includes annual PBM market checks, quarterly financial reports, audit support for CMS and Article‑44, and ad‑hoc strategic recommendations. The vendor must demonstrate at least five years of PBM consulting experience, prior work with government‑sponsored health programs, and meet MWBE participation requirements.
