Description
The New York State Department of Health intends to contract with Prime Therapeutics State Government Solutions LLC for Preferred Drug Program and Pharmacy Benefit Management Services for the term of 12/1/2026 - 11/30/2027. A competitive procurement for this service was not feasible because this extension is the minimum amount of time needed to complete a new competitive procurement for these services.
