Grapevine Convention Center & Visitors Center

The Grapevine Convention & Visitors Bureau is seeking qualified architectural and engineering firms to develop and deliver a phased expansion, renovation, and modernization of the Grapevine Convention Center (1209 S Main St, Grapevine, TX). The work includes program development, schematic design, design development, construction documents, permitting assistance, value engineering, cost estimating, and construction‑phase services for two phases that must be sequenced to keep the venue operational. The selected A/E team will be responsible for assembling any required multidisciplinary consultants (e.g., civil, structural, MEP, geotechnical) and will assist the CVB in establishing a realistic construction budget. The procurement schedule runs from issue (9/2/2026) to bid submission (10/23/2026) with a mandatory pre‑bid conference/site visit on 10/7/2026. The anticipated overall project schedule after award is 18–24 months.
