Budget estimate

$200,000 – $500,000

The solicitation does not disclose the contract value, but based on the quantities (e.g., 150 LF of 30‑inch pipe, 300 SQYD of sodding, 1,200 LF of ditch grading, and associated mobilization and signage), a typical market rate suggests a total contract value in the low‑to‑mid six‑figure range, roughly between $200,000 and $500,000. Factors influencing the estimate include material costs for large‑diameter pipe, asphalt and sod pricing, and labor rates for civil‑construction crews.
