Vermont Universal Service Fund Fiscal Agent

The State of Vermont is seeking a Fiscal Agent to manage the Vermont Universal Service Fund (VUSF). The VUSF is a state fund that supports various programs, including the Vermont Telecommunications Relay Service program, the Vermont Telecommunications Equipment Grant Program, and the Vermont Enhanced 911 Program. The Fiscal Agent will be responsible for collecting revenue from telecommunications service providers, investing and managing the fund, and providing financial reports to the Department of Public Service.
