The City of Presque Isle is seeking a qualified engineering/consulting firm to design, develop construction documents, and provide on‑site inspection for a new 16,000‑sf aerospace research hangar and associated site improvements at the Presque Isle International Airport. The scope includes cost estimating, permitting assistance, bid preparation, and six‑month construction‑inspection services, with weekly progress reporting to both the city and the Northern Maine Development Commission.
