The State of Michigan is seeking a design professional to provide facility improvements to the CST Armory at Fort Custer in Augusta, Michigan. The project includes modifications such as adding a supply room, remodeling latrines and locker rooms, upgrading electrical and fire suppression systems, and replacing mechanical units. The selected professional will provide Phase 300 Schematic Design Services, Phase 400 Preliminary Design Services, Phase 500 Final Design Services, and Phase 600 and 700 Construction Administration Office and Field Services. The full scope of the project will be discovered through a design charette held at the CST Armory.
