Proposal for Custodial Services for DHR Administration

The Navajo Nation Division of Human Resources is seeking a Navajo‑owned, Priority 1 certified firm to provide comprehensive custodial services for its Administration building in St. Michael’s, AZ. The contract covers routine weekly cleaning, periodic floor care, window washing, and the provision of all necessary cleaning supplies, with a contract term running from October 1 2026 through September 30 2027.
